Gallivanters' Limitation of Liability:

While Gallivanters facilitates the booking and ensures a seamless process, we are not liable for the execution, quality, or outcomes of the service provided by the Supplier.

Gallivanters' responsibilities are limited to acting as the Supplier's commercial agent to enable the conclusion of the contract.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.

 

c. Accuracy of Information:

We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate; however, we are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in service provider details.

 

d. Amendments and Cancellations:
